we have limited data to control on ecrater.com

Customer information obtained through the order will not be sold or transferred to third parties. Commercial content e-mails will not be sent without the consent of the customer.


Return Refund Policy

We issue refunds on our products on following terms :
1.Full refund within 10 Days, if the customer received a unusable licence - but first must contact via email, to determine that licence is not working due to the licence itself and not by some other means (faulty installation, wrong product installed, malware or virus corruption of system files etc..)
2. Full refund within 10 Days, if the customer did not receive a licence at all, via Email.
3. Full refund within 10 Days, if customer is having problems with licence, for activating it.
4.NO REFUND if the customer received a working licence

To make your process faster Please attach your error message screenshot to your email.

Shipping Policy

Your order will be fullfilled max one day. If you haven't recieved your item, you can request full refund.
Some items include download link. After puchasing your product, you can download them directly.
Some items has no download link, these items will be fullfilled in 1 working day.
Both items will be sent to your verified paypal/ecrater/stripe email address.
Fullfilling will be made in 2 hours at working days. Generally it will be sent in 15 min.

Working hours weekdays 8:00- 18:00 London hours.
Saturday: 8:00-13:00
If you purchase an order out of working hours, you will be supported too, but it may take over 2 hours.
